We had the honor of visiting the Stelios Klados winery for the first time in the summer of 2023. The full vines extend in the Panormo region near Rethymno in northern Crete all the way to the coast, where they are bathed in the sea breeze.
With “His Queen” Stelios Klados has created the perfect complement to “Her King”. The light yellow-gold color underlines the complex aromas of exotic fruits such as passion fruit, mango and grapefruit as well as lemon and melon. The experienced palate will also notice the aroma of various mountain herbs, which perfectly rounds off the fruity-spicy taste.
