In a pale lemon yellow robe, it presents an intense scent of mineral citrus, which is joined by notes of lime, grapefruit, apricot and pear. The taste is smoky with a slightly peppery note, which is gently balanced by the incomparable lemon. An excellent choice for a special white wine!
